Delivery zones, cost and size of parcel:
Thalman Estate currently mainly services the greater Cape Town
CBD area and certain surrounding areas. Please feel free to
contacting us if you are situated outside of the Western Cape,
we would like to hear from you and assist you in any way we can
to get our product to you!
A delivery fee will be charged according to the area of delivery
and weight of the parcel.
Parcels with a maximum weight limit of 30Kg will be accepted.
The 1st 15Kg will be classified under the prescribed fee. An
additional fee will apply for each 1Kg over the above mentioned
15Kg to a maximum of 30Kg.

When to expect your delivery:
Customers will receive an estimated delivery date (usually
2-3day turnaround time). Please note that this is not a
guaranteed delivery date as certain areas may require a longer
transit time period due to frequency of deliveries to these

Deliveries will be made to either the customerís home or office.
The Delivery Company is only responsible for delivering the
parcel to the customerís requested address at the front door.
Please ensure that you are present at the pre-requested address
on the day of the delivery to take ownership of the delivery.
In the event that the customer is not available to receive the
delivery, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order. This
agreement is between Thalman Estate and the customer.
